What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most of our Cleaning Services are priced by the square foot but there are things that are priced by the item and we always are running specials on our cleaning services.When it comes to Restoration work or Mold Inspections and Remediation we would come out to your home to estimate the work that needs to be done and give you a Free Price we also will work with your Insurance Company .We also Offer Discounts to Our Seniors and All Military Personal and Police and Fire Personal.Please Call we will Work Very Closely to Make it as Easy as Possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would come out to customers home to look at what needs to be done show them a small demonstration of our cleaning techniques and give them a free price on the work they want, at that point we can leave them the price or if its in there budget we can do the job right on the spot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified through the IICRC

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My uncle shampooed carpets back in the day and i would help i always had fun doing it with him so when I graduated school i went into business for myself and never looked back that was over 30 years ago

We work with both residential and commercial customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a Hoarder House that had alot of cats living with them in Very Filthy Conditions the house was Condemned by the Fire Marshall and they had to leave .We went in and Emptied the Home then Completely Cleaned the Home from Top to Bottom.When the Fire Marshall came back he couldnt believe how Clean the House was and took the Condemned Sign off the House and the people could go back in.The job took us 7 Days to Complete.We take alot of Pride in all the work we do !!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To make sure the Technicians are Trained have Many Years of Experience and the Company uses State of the Art Equipment then you can rest assured you will get the best job done.
