our business model is built around letting the customer purchase their own products allowing them to know my price is based on labor. we feel this allows the customer work with in their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

meeting with a new customer gives them the chance to explain what they have in mind for their project while at the same time give me the opportunity to ask question and review the project area and to be able to let the customer know of any possible problems.this allows me to price the job as well as share input from each other

started working on new residential homes after serving in the USMC.

I have worked with all type of customers,from small floor projects to entire kitchen and bath remodels Along with variety of different size and aged homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

recently did a complete kitchen tear out and installed new cabinets, tile floor and counter backsplash , new plumbing for dishwasher and garbage disposal as well as pendant and under cabinet lighting. this was a fun project working with the customer to design a few this as the job was under way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hire a contractor that you feel can bring the skill and knowledge to complete your project on your schedule and with the quality you expect

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

its good to ask about use of the correct materials and methods and are their other products for you ideas. ask about contractors time schedule and will they be on your job every day.
