What started as a focused endeavor to master the art of grout restoration, regrouting, recaulking and tile repair quickly grew into Grout Pros NYC, driven by a commitment to bringing back the sparkle and integrity to every tiled surface. We found immense satisfaction in the before-and-after transformations, realizing we weren't just fixing tiles, but enhancing homes and businesses at a fraction of the cost it would take to completely redo an entire bathroom or kitchen project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
As we removed damaged tiles, surrounding ones, poorly installed, began falling off. This revealed a larger underlying issue. Instead of a patch, we recommended a full retile for a lasting solution. The client agreed, and we meticulously stripped everything down, fixed the structural issues with waterproofed foam boards and installed beautiful new tiles. What started as a small fix became a complete shower overhaul, and the client truly appreciated our commitment to doing the job right. This project, from initial repair to full shower retile, took our team approximately seven days to perfect.
