What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Steam Cleaning ... 1.Pre-spray to help loosen high traffic dirt and grime 2. Scrub the high traffic areas 3. Steam Clean @ 230 Degrees @ 600psi 4 . Move most furniture 5. Add a Air Mover to help with dry time while we are there. Dry time can be as little as 15 min. 5. Add a Mild Air Freshener DRY TIME AVERAGE IS BETWEEN 2-4HOURS. *********PLEASE CALL TO SET UP******* *************APPOINTMENTS **********

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in High School and needed a job like most teenagers. Started out working for a guy that did this out of his house for $10 a job. after 8 years of working for him , we had 6 trucks and a warehouse . I had to see how other people operated so I worked for 5 other companies . then decided to do it myself. worked doing other things and saved and got my own truck and just ran with it 2 years ago. this is something I enjoy being in different places and meeting new people . the pride in my work when I'm done is the best feeling and mostly the reason I keep doing it

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about Services and address your main concern areas and if they have the proper equipment and chemicals to handle or attempt to take care of the job

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not all Carpet Cleaners use the same method to clean so ask them how do they clean and what services they offer. mostly just ask 1. if they Steam clean, which is best . 2. if they have a portable machine or a truck mounted one. truck mount is best because they have more power and they only bring hoses into your home. Portable Machines are for homes that are in a condo building and 3rd floor or higher and don't produce enough cleaning power that you might need. we have all truck mounted equipment, 230 degree steam , and enough cleaning power to get the toughest stains out!
