Our pricing is not complicated at all. We will send a proposal for a one time job, after reviewing, just sign it and send it back to our office. For the ongoing cleaning services we email a simple proposal. Review it, sign it and send back to out office. Then we schedule the job and get it done.

I always keep my self educated especially with what kind of solution we use to clean our customers work places. Reducing the exposure to chemicals and using instead more environmentally healthy solutions, not only helps you, but those around you. I was a janitor for one company for 9 years. I was happy as a janitor but one business owner saw me work and asked me if I wanted to clean his office. I said "yes" and that's how I started my business.

Recently we stripped a clay tile floor with grout in a dentist office, the grout was black. First we stripped the floor to remove the finish and sealer then we used a grout cleaner. The floor look like new with is original shine. It looked incredible and the client was truly happy.

Don't just listen but also observe on the actions of the prospect vendor. Does he mean it or is he excited about getting a new account? Is he dedicated to make a long relationship?
