What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All new customers get a 10% discount or no extra fees and we do a referral bonus program. You can get up to $5000 on a referral.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once contacts been made set up an appointment to meet Customer at their location to look at the scope of the project so we can offer them there for a bit if they accept the free bed then we will then at that moment, we will schedule the job and I treat all of my customers like they are the only customer I have

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother owned our family business and she was a general contractor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a multitude of different types of people. I can pretty much work with anybody I can adjust myself to be able to work with them. Even if it’s hard for them to work with me, I can adjust it to where it is easy for them to work with me

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Restoring a home that was built in 1929. I love older homes!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get more than one quote I would say get at least three if you can get three quotes I can almost guarantee I’ll be the lowest one of the three.

Ask for proof of insurance and business certificate
