Hi I’m Jermaine Russell owner/ operator of Russell’s Cleaning Services. I’ve been in business since 2008. I’m very trustworthy and have a lot of integrity in my work. We are a small company that can handle any cleaning job needed. I’ve worked for larger cleaning companies and I’ve been trained and have the experience and expertise when it comes to carpet, window, tile, strip and waxing and numerous other cleaning needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customer should know that we do honor the Military and also senior discounts. Also my pricing is upfront but just reach out and let me know that your Military or Senior and I will adjust price accordingly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers I provide first time discount. Then I can send references and pics if needed, schedule and go out perform

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Me and my techs have had carpet cleaning training in class and in the field. To go further I’ve had chemical training and certified at Ecolab university in St. Paul Minnesota. There I learned how to kill bacteria that cause bad odors, controlling allergens and sanitizing all surfaces.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing carpets and upholstery and cleaning after I started a janitorial franchise in early 2000’s. I was asked to clean carpets within some of the contracts that I had with minimal amount of knowledge and tools. I stumbled through several jobs wishing I had different equipment and chemical to the jobs easier. Well after about 15 years we have been able to know what works and and what doesn’t. I had gain the experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with all kinds of customers. Residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A gentleman had a animal that had feces and urine all in the area rug along with that had some wing back chairs that he had bought from a garage sell that several stains. Not only did we clean all stains from the chairs we got all the animal feces and urine stains out with our special enzymes and steam. The rugs looked a new and smelled great. The older gentleman was also on fixed income we accommodated his pricing just so he would not have to live in a condition like that.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to new customers would be to research who u have coming to your home. Just don’t do it by price alone. Quality at a good price is ideal. I think all pros should have a level of professionalism which also reflects in there work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of carpet cleaning methods are they using. Also what types of chemical used when cleaning upholstery. Are they green, biodegradable etc... By using the wrong chemical and method could be a problem down the road.
