What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have an ongoing New Customer Discount of 10% off of entire first service over $150. We offer a Veterans/Military or active responder discount of 10% off on any service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible. We don’t want to continuously call or contact you or make you feel uneasy or if we are hassling you for business. Whichever mode of contact that you would prefer is what we tend to use. We generally offer free quotes over the phone via text, social media or call. However we prefer face to face encounters in which we can give a more accurate quote. Once the process is completed we will schedule during your time of convenience and availability

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple years of training, job shadowing, volunteering and attending classes for cleaning services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was always my wife and I desire to own our own business. I started training and gaining knowledge through a mentor ship program and job shadowing. After sufficient training and tools to get started we took that leap of faith. Cleaning is a skill of mine and I want to show you how well we can do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all demographics of customers and don’t discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender and religious beliefs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I always enjoy seeing the transformation of dirty floors becoming clean! My most recent satisfaction cleaning was cleaning an antique travertine tile. The grout lines were black and the client didn’t know what color the grout was and if it could be cleaned! To their surprise we transformed it to look like it did once it was installed!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We want to make the experience of working with us as enjoyable as possible. We value your home, personal space and opinion. We understand that it can be difficult to let a stranger into your home for any reasons. However, we assure you that once we leave we would have developed a great working relationship. We provide quality service and competitive prices.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I need to move my furniture or will the professionals move it for them? How much does it cost for pet urine/odor removal? How much does it cost for a sealant application for Tile & Grout? Do you charge for travel outside of the Tulsa area?
