What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

They are competitive but I do use top of the line products in order to produce the best results. "Premier cleaning gives Premier results!"

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I arrive to each job, I like to go over the entire project with the client so we can manage eachothers expectations. We then would do a final walkthrough to make sure those expectations of the clients have been met.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Prior to starting my own company, I was a tech manager for a large carpet cleaning Franchise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for one of the largest Franchise's in the US. After about 1.5 years, I moved my way up to a tech manager and overseen 23 technicians.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL types. You name it, I more than likely have worked with them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently cleaned for an elderly man who assumed his carpet was ruined from cat bio. I basically made his carpet look brand new in about 2 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It honestly depends on what their expectations are. Most importantly, I would ask about experience and before/after photos of their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If there are any areas of concern, such as bio from pets.
