What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

NO HIDDEN FEES - EVER! We strongly believe in upfront and transparent pricing and treat others the way we want to be treated. We will disclose everything upfront and ensure to detail anything in writing so you have all the information beforehand. We do not use any underhanded tactics to try and sneak in additional charges after the fact. No way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will walk the client through everything in detail, answer any questions, and once we move forward, our scheduler will connect to schedule the project. If the client needs help with selecting products or advice on layout and colors, we can assist with that as well! We will keep the client posted regularly throughout the process so you can get your home back sooner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

22+ years in the flooring and bathroom remodeling spaces so we know our industry very well. That's involved dozens of class training programs, factory visits, intensive week-long courses, and countless inspections of various flooring and bathroom projects. We perform overnight water tests on ALL showers and offer a lifetime no-leak guarantee on all our shower work. We continually upgrade our procedures to ensure that clients receive the best possible product.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner worked in retail flooring for 7 years, managing numerous stores before going out on his own. He's a strong believer in doing things right and offering iron-clad guarantees on the craftsmanship.

What types of customers have you worked with?

High profile athletes, producers, doctors, NASA engineers, lawyers, military folk, police officers, teachers, yoga instructors, veterans, housewives, high-end commercial projects, small business owners, home flippers, and everything in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a large project for the Reniassance Hotel in Dallas. 8 week project!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just collect quotes and look at numbers, as this doesn't tell you anything. It's like getting quotes to replace your tires and looking at 4 different quotes for 4 different types of tires. Ask the important questions like "do you use the correct manufacturer's approved adhesives?" Do you do floor prep?" If not, both of those items will instantly void your product warranties. And...you end up paying more to get it done right. We've seen it time and again. When you build a shower, how exactly is it done? Failure to do it right means it will fail, and you're left with a very expensive mistake. Finally, do you carry proper commercial and residential insurance? It's very easy to take shortcuts and offer a cheaper price as 99% of folks simply don't know the difference. Even if you don't go with us - do your homework or you may very well pay for it later. 💀

1) Have you done projects like this before? 2) Do you offer a WRITTEN contract, warranty info and terms & conditions? 3) What are your payment terms? (never pay 100% upfront. EVER!)
