What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based off of the space filled in our huge trailer(16' long x 7' wide x 4' sides). Pricing starts as low as $85 and is divided into 9 different price point all the way up to a full trailer. You are only charged for the space you use!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally we will send out a team of junk removal professionals to take a look at what you have to be hauled away/removed. They will give you a fee no-obligation estimate and if you are happy with the price they will get started right then and there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a veteran and first responder owned Junk Removal company. My military background provides me with a high attention to detail to provide an unmatched quality of work when we come out to help with your project. My time as a career fire fighters has given me exceptional problem solving skill and leadership ability so you can trust us to get those large and heavy items out of tight spaces, up/down flights of stairs, or over obstacles all while keeping you and your property safe from damage.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Outside of being a career firefighter I wanted to start a junk removal business in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and surrounding areas that could continue to benefit my community and create a better and cleaner Iowa!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! We provide junk removal and demolition to residential and commercial customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a 260 cubic yard clean out of a hoarder house in Hampton, IA. We gave an other wise destined for demolition house and new opportunity at life for someone to come in and renovate the home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
