What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing/ Additional fees - Two hour minimum (unless otherwise discussed beforehand) - Stairs (charged by the flight, which is 6 or more stairs) $25 per hour per flight - Basic Assembly/ disassembly starting at $75 - $75 come out fee - Same day service: extra 10% charge

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we gather information about the move. Location, stairs, items etc. then we confirm a date. Next we setup a good faith deposit. Before moving day, we advise the client to make sure everything is packed, disassembled and ready to go before moving day(unless packing and disassembly is added). Be sure to review our policies and terms before moving day; it is located on our website. Lastly moving day.
