You basically pay for the space in the trailer.

We start with photos of the items needing to be removed along with location of the job.

I have my commercial license, experience & insured

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first ever job as a teenager was in the trash industry, weirdly i took a liking to this industry and also realized my line of work also impacts communities in a good way as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Real estate investors, property managers, and homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Bed bugs. Just need to come prepared.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure that provider makes it to the landfill & not illegally dump your property. That is a real problem in our communities but together we can solve it by hiring the right company who is also insured. I constantly get hired to clean up illegally dumped property. We can start with telling that provider simply take a photo at pick up and a photo of the load unloaded at the landfill.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That there is a process that involves overhead from the time the job is picked up to the time it is unloaded and paid for at the landfill.
