Introduction

We are a small family owned and operated business who prides itself on customer service. We have 5,10, 12, 15 and 20 yard dumpsters but if you have larger jobs we are flexible and can provide multiple dumpsters for reasonable rates. We also have our Trash-N-Dash Service which is our large item item pick-up service. We also do home and commercial clean outs. This a great service for rental properties or people who have items they need removed, but not enough to justify having a dumpster delivered.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on what item/items need to be removed and location of items on site.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is very simple. In most cases a photo of the item/items that need to be removed is all that we need to give a quote and set up a pick up time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In college, one of my part-time jobs was to assist with a trash route. I have also worked in the construction industry where I have gained a lot of experience working with customers and helping people with their projects. We currently work with several home owners and property management owners.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was always a goal of mine to own and operate my own business. In deciding which business to start, I leaned on my prior knowledge of junk removal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We often have the opportunity to work with people in a variety of situations. We recently assisted a daughter in cleaning out her father's house. It took about 8 hours, removing several items from the house and garage. We enjoy helping people through whatever their situation is.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure you are comparing apples to apples.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure to have all the items you want removed known. If you need to add items, that's fine. Just make sure to let me know before I arrive so I have room for them, and I can provide an accurate quote.
