What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick call or message to learn about your project. Then we ask for photos or offer free onsite estimates. Once we agree on pricing, we schedule your removal at a time that works best for you. On pickup day, we arrive on time, work efficiently, and make sure your space is left clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We're trained in safe hauling and disposal practices, including handling bulky and hazardous items. We're fully insured, and BBB accredited, with ongoing training in customer service, safety, and eco-friendly disposal.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband, Jeff, started Queen City Hauling after years of doing cleanouts for friends and family. We realized how much people needed reliable, honest junk removal- and built a company focused on great service and fair pricing. I help with scheduling and customer support, and Jeff leads the field crew.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've helped homeowners, renters, landlords, real estate agents, property managers, contractors, and businesses. Whether it's a small pickup or a full property cleanout, we're happy to help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full apartment cleanout for a senior moving into assisted living. It took about 4 hours and included furniture, boxes, and appliances. The family was so grateful for the quick turnaround and compassion we showed- it reminded us why we do what we do.
