What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You pay for the space you fill in the truck. Some items may have surcharges ex.(mattresses- box springs) ( TVs, appliances, paint, tires) ( construction debris) We provide Senior and Veteran discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You can contact us phone, email, website. We will come out and provide a free estimate. We will only take what you want removed. We understand some things aren’t junk and are sentimental. We will Donate and find a new home for those items. We try to provide a Stress free environment. We are careful not to damage anything during the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OSHA certified safety first! Worked for a Moving/ junk removal company for years so lots of experience. Worked with many satisfied customers over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked for College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving for many years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Realtors, property managers, residential and commercial owners, businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Full house clean out I’m talking big house many rooms. Took 2 days to complete but we gained a new customer and a new friend.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are customer friendly a people person. Make sure they have fair pricing and aren’t trying to take advantage. Make sure they are insured just in case. Make sure they have experience

Understand your budget what you want to spend. Are you licensed and insured? Do your research don’t just hire anyone. References from previous customers check reviews?
