Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I try to stay reasonable so I can get by without bankrupting anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will give an estimate based on the information provided and let them know I look forward to working with them. Then I like to look at the job to be positive we both know what we're dealing with for the size of the job, complexity etc. and neither of us gets suprised by anything. I like everything to be up front and make sure the customer gets what they expect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Training is from doing these jobs and work for over 20 years. Also having and applying common sense helps.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been working in construction for 20+ years which also included moving furniture, and doing property cleanouts. Electrical work is what I prefer to do on the construction end of things.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with all types of customers and honestly am perplexed as to why this is on here. I'll just say if I can work your project into my schedule and keep you happy I'm happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I'm happy to work with anyone and get their needs met so they're satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always know what you want done and if it's a large job that needs done let me know when you need it done by.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should have a list of what is being done and be sure to add photos if possible just so we can get that out of the way. Of course adding things onto the job is fine as long as we agree on the price changes, if that's needed.
