What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Weprice based on volume. We do offer discounts to all teachers, first responders, and military!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ideally, we would love to see what you need to get rid of. Pictures are great way to give you an accurate quote. If you have a bigger project, we would be more than happy to come and give you an in person estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have military and firefighting backgrounds, which makes us knowledgeable in many aspects!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are 2 brothers who want to create something from the ground up that can keep on giving to our kids!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers ranging from simple residential customers, to businesses needing larger items removed. We also perform "light" demolition including sheet rock removal, shed removal, and playset removal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently removed a piano with just the 2 of us and some handy straps! Piano weighed approx 750 lbs and we removed it in about 10 minutes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure the company has insurance in case something (that you don't want thrown away) gets damaged. We are insured and carry general liability in case anything were to get damaged.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When do you need it gone? How much (or little) amount of work are you willing to do? We do as much or little as you want. You can simply point to what you need gone, or you can move all the items needing gone to an easily accessible area for us to remove.
