What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Any Price given to the customer will be all they pay. Everything is included in the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I greet them and figure out what problem they need solved. I also try and build a relationship most importantly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have alot of experience unloading trucks and I am currently a delivery driver.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I saw a need to solve people's problems.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Family, Friends, Delivery apps like Curri Driver.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a Delivery for a construction company and it paid decent and only took an hour and a half.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for quality, Someone that takes pride in their work. And as someone who pays for things too, sometimes pay a little more now will save you a lot later. Basically, do it the right way first.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would think about how much labor is nowadays, expenses, and reflect on stuff to get a better idea of how much any service will cost.
