What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In regard to my pricing, I view myself as not the most expensive nor the cheapest. There is a fine line when it comes to pricing and you most definitely get what you pay for. I go above and beyond for each and every customer and leave all satisfied after their project is complete. I offer discounts for the elderly and veterans. I charge no additional fees whatsoever under any circumstances.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting a new customer is a delicate process requiring you both to build trust with one another. I try to be as thorough as possible and do everything I say I will do exactly when I say I will do it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have high school and college education where I worked many years in this field. I worked for multiple tree and landscape companies as a younger man soaking up as much hands on knowledge as possible before starting my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started my company in 2014 and have learned more and more each year. Time is the best teacher gifting you experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a plethora of customers from residential to commercial contracts. Regardless of how small or large a job is I treat them all the same with the same dedication and attention to detail no matter the price.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A complete overhaul of the landscaping around the house. In two days I removed all of the landscaping around the home and completely replanted and redesigned the entire look for a much cleaner one that stood out more for better curb appeal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I would give would be asking for visual proof of work that the business owner has done in the past that directly relates to the work you are requesting. That is an immediate tell all whether or not they are qualified or are just trying something new out.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just having general knowledge of what you’re needing is a huge help. With a good professional they will be able to lead you in the right direction and provide a multitude of options helping you select the one that suits you and your projects needs best.
