We take each job on a case by case basis because pricing is all dependent up what size the job is, what needs to be done etc. Send me a message with the best way to contact you (phone, email, text) and a good time of day and I will reach out to set up a time for a FREE consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Memphis Construction Etc works best with new customers on a one on one basis. Generally we will get a request from a new customer and immediately contact them by phone so that we can set up a time to meet that is most convenient for them. After that we schedule the time to check out the job and most often send a quote within 24 hours.

Memphis Construction Etc has had the opportunity to work with a very large range of customers. As a family business we treat every customer as our most important priority..

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We got a request to remove a broken driveway and widen the area for a new one. The customer wanted to add a stamped walkway. We suggested adding a stamped band across the driveway at the top, bottom and middle. It took about two days and turned out great. The customer was very happy. Funny thing is that while the concrete was setting that evening a raccoon walked up the middle creating tiny footprints. Customer like it so much he left it in the stamped parts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Even though it may seem like a little extra money to hire a professional versus anyone else, it is well worth it in the long run.
