What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We dont charge for an estimate. We provide competitive pricing for our customers and our work will show what they paid for. Once the contract is signed theres no new price or unexpected charges or fees unless customer adds more work to the project than a new contract should be signed if the new project exceed certain amount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Treat them like family because this is a long term relationship and business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have all the training we need for the job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this business in 2021 i was fixing up a house. I realized in order for my home to sell fast and at over asking price was fixing up the yard with pavers, artificial turf and gravel. Thats the origin of this business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We had and love to work with customers who understands that we work in the sun to provide for our family. They understand that when it rains or have crazy weathers we have pushbacks on our projects because we do Hardscaping not sweep floors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Dont go with the highest nor the cheapest. Choose the middle guy. Also always always put it in writings in a contract because words mean nothing.
