What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we start with a quick conversation to understand what you’re looking for—whether it’s a new block wall, some repairs, or a full rebuild. Then we come out to take a look, give you a clear estimate, and answer any questions. If it sounds good to you, we schedule the job and get to work. Simple as that. We keep you in the loop the whole way through.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve got years of real-world experience working in Arizona’s heat, soil, and terrain—things you can’t really learn in a classroom. Our team has been trained the old-fashioned way: through hands-on work, problem-solving on the job, and constantly learning better ways to get clean, solid results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started with family. Masonry runs deep in our roots. We learned early on the value of hard work and doing a job you can be proud of. What began with helping out on small projects turned into a full-time business built on word-of-mouth and trust in our work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all kinds—homeowners looking to add privacy or fix a leaning wall, real estate investors flipping properties, small businesses needing clean boundary walls, and even a few larger commercial projects. Whether it’s a small repair or a big install, we give it the same level of care.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a homeowner replace an old, cracked retaining wall that had started to lean into their yard. It was a tricky job because of the slope and space, but we got it done in about 3 days, and now it looks clean, level, and solid. The best part? They called a week later just to say thanks and told us their neighbor wants the same thing done.
