We are a small family owned business focusing on the more complicated tasks in the landscape industry - landscape lighting, holiday lighting, and water management. We install top quality lighting projects and help clients save more on their water bill.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive pricing and high quality products along with excellent communication and customer service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer to come meet with the client to see their home/site and discuss options and their interests. During this time we can show samples of products and take pictures and measurements of the location to provide an accurate estimate. We will then come back to meet with the client to present the estimate and discuss the specifics of the pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CLVLT - Certified Low Voltage Lighting Technician. Numerous days of manufacturer training. Extensive experience with electricity, wire sizing, contracting and lighting design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We found there was a gap in the options available in the Phoenix West Valley for qualified and knowledgeable contractors for the more complicated aspects of the landscape industry. Our owner has always dealt with these more complex services based on his training and technical expertise, so we began offering the lighting services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Both residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our new Christmas lighting clients ended up being a landscape lighting and water management client also! We initially connected to put Christmas lights on their home, but in talking to them during the installation, they asked if we could also install landscape lights in their backyard. Eventually we also installed and manage a new irrigation controller on their home and have saved them thousands of dollars on their water bill!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheapest usually isn't the best contractor. We find many contractors do not communicate well with clients and often no show and do not return calls or texts and eventually are out of business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your interests/goals? Why and where do you want lighting? What is your budget for lighting?
