My name is Allen Smith, founder of SoCal water conservation group. We have been serving the San Fernando valley and Orange county area for almost a decade. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is beyond fair and reasonable. I look for all rebate and water district incentives to offset cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I schedule a phone call to get to know there needs and how I can serve them. I provide any information upon there request.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started doing landscaping at 18 years old. All my training has been hands on experience. the best way to learn.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with an irrigation business as a sprinkler controller technician. The business closed its doors and I started my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers who are completely ignorant on how to operate there irrigation systems, new home owners seeking to redesign there landscape to be more efficient, and customers wanting to be drought efficient. I have serviced over 300 customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently converted a property to high efficiency sprinklers nozzles and a smart irrigation controller. The house was using excessive water and had dramatic run off. With my attention to detail and care I managed to prevent all run off and save the customer wasted water. I was also able to the cost for the customer in half with a rebate program incentive.
