What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

to give any customer an exact quote, I would first need to see the work that needs to be done. any offer I give online is merely just an estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I talk to them for a little bit, get to know them and exactly what they need done with their yard. I usually finish the lawn for the first time while they are there with me so they could tell me their preferences with all the oddities of their lawn, that way I can do it perfectly anytime they need it done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been trained by multiple professionals that have been landscaping as a business for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my brother mowed lawns while he was a teenager, and when he got a different job he gave me his lawns when I turned 13. I've been mowing lawns ever since, building a relationship with my customers and providing them with high quality service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

anyone who needed work in their yards! As long as they had work that needed to be done and we agreed on how and when, I work for anyone who needed it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy taking lawns from being a complete wreck to looking absolutely state of the art!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Walk them through the job you need done and point out the little things you'd expect to be done in a certain way.
