Soil preparation is a key to a long lasting sod install . We include compost , gypsum and fertilizer mixed into existing soil . This process is included in your sod installation price . We specialize in new planting , low voltage lighting , drains , mulch , DG , rocks , concrete paving , block walls , BBQ’s , outdoor kitchens , fire pits and freestanding fire places, pavers , stone , bricks , artificial turf, dry creek beds , ...... among other things to obtain that finished landscape look you were hoping for . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on the amount of labor it will take from start to finish , and also based on the type of materials used on the project. Material type can make a drastic difference in the price of an overall job .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we will set up an appointment for me to meet in person , look over job and discuss what you’re looking for. If you’d like any professional advice or ideas I’m always more than happy to help out . From there I would write up a contract so you see all the items included. The contract will also have a payment schedule written out .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been certified by Toro in irrigation design . I have over 40 years of experience in the landscape field .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started soon after High School working for a friend . He taught me a lot of what I know today . I enjoy working outside , and being able to make peoples wants and dreams come true .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with just about all types of customers over the past 37 years . From customers in their 20’s to customers in their 90’s . Commercial customers as well as residential . We welcome everyone .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am most fond of the Williams project. It’s very gratifying to have the customer so excited with the way each item is turning out . Was a huge transition from what it was .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a contractor that you feel comfortable with , someone you can have good communication with during the project .

What your budget is . What materials you’d like to use . When are you looking to start .
