This includes diagnostic of faulty valves, timers and smart timers. ***Our full irrigation system inspection services start at $150. ****Our wire tracing/ locating buried valves fee is $100 per valve or timer wire break. ****We offer an hourly repair service at an hourly fee of $195 per hour for two technicians plus material cost, with a two hour minimum.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We perform an inspection of the problem/issue you are having with your irrigation system. We then give you a price estimate for what needs to be done to complete the repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out and meet our new customer. We discuss the issues they are having with their irrigation system and we inspect those issues. We then go ahead and inspect the rest of their system to see if there are any other issues they might have missed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been trained by Certified Irrigation Instructors to perform all necessary repairs and installation of new irrigation systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started as a hobby over the summers helping out my father with his gardening service. Many of his clients would ask him if he could repair their sprinklers and he would teach me how to diagnose and repair their system. I then decided to go to an irrigation school to fully understand all aspects of an irrigation system.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with many homeowners over the past decade in repairing and installing Irrigation systems. We do our best to make sure an Irrigation system runs effectively and efficiently. Most importantly that our customers are happy with our work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We finished up a project where we installed synthetic turf, created planter beds with new plants and installed a drip irrigation system for the planter beds. It was satisfying to see that the home sold that same weekend that we finished the project, the new home owners fell in love with the backyard. It was a 3 week project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To not be shy of asking questions, we are here to help you and find solutions for your irrigation system.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How urgent the matter is. What would you like to have done to the system. Do you want to repair or replace an existing system.
