What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are very reasonable, we believe that every worker is worthy of his salary and think that there’s a bigger reward when the work is done honestly and thru hard work and labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We keep it simple. Free estimate, negotiate the price, find a flexible schedule and get the job done. We don’t like going around in circles.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This has been a family business for over 30 years. Experienced in horticulture experience and am currently getting licensed thru the state.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since this has been an everygrowing family business, I have learned the trade since I was just 6 Years old.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL KINDS. They’re all welcome here. Yes, Even the “Karen’s”.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t always seek the lowest cost. That usually means you’ll have to repeat the job in a lot less time than you anticipated and at the end you end up paying double the cost.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask when, how, why, how much, and let us know your budget, if it’s reasonable, we might be able to negotiate.
