What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our quoting is highly dependent on the customer providing us an accurate depiction of the condition of their property, the type of job requested, and our ability to inspect the yard using satellite imagery. We are able to provide a discount to customers who book regular services with us to help keep their yards maintained and healthy during the entire growing season!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide all customers with a quote for service in advance of visiting their property. Once a quote is accepted, a highly trained and experienced lawn care tech is dispatched to the customer’s property to complete the work. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service that leaves both yards sparkling and our customer smiling! In the rare event that a job needs to be rescheduled or re-quoted, we openly communicate all options to the customer in a transparent and low-pressure manner. Payment for most jobs is only required once the job is complete and the customer is completely satisfied!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are dedicated to continual learning. There is always room in our noggins for more industry expertise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We recognized a need for reliable, affordable lawn care help when we tried to book a lawn technician ourselves. We figured we'd scratch our own itch, and have been going strong ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We do a wide array of work ranging from mowing and maintenance to aeration, seeding, fertilization, irrigation repair and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are the latest development in the field. And we aim to change the lawn services industry on a fundamental level.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Price and expertise are not mutually exclusive. If you look hard you can find service providers who are both highly skilled and very well priced.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please be honest about the condition of your lawn and property. Our ability to provide accurate estimates is dependent on our customers giving us good information. If you don’t know something, such as when your lawn was last aerated or fertilized, no problem! We can work with any yard condition to craft a tailored plan, and ensure you love our work all season long!
