What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Thank you for your interest, our pricing offers no hidden fees. It will include all labor, tax, and materials. Our pricing is fair market value, not the lowest and not the highest. We accept most payment methods and offer a variety of financing options, all unsecured (no lien)! Feel free to reach out directly if you have any other questions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We believe in communication, listening to the homeowner, and respecting your wishes. That's why we come to your house for a personal introduction, not just a phone call or email. Then we will assess your vision to understand your goals and see how we can best achieve them. We believe that YOU ARE THE BOSS, we are here to guide you along the way :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a family and veteran run business with over 25 years of experience in construction. If you live in the greater L.A area, you have probably driven past our projects. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to give you the greatest peace of mind we can offer. And when you sign up with us you get direct access to our entire team to help you with: 3D design, architecture, engineering, construction, financing, and customer support

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner, Michael (Mike), has been passionate about building since a young age; even while building complex toys with his brothers as a child. From Lego's to drywall, his journey in the construction world continued. After a few years as a journeyman he started applying his skills as a reputable sub-contractor in southern California. From there his wish to construct dreams into reality grew into what is today Pinnacle Design & Build

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with everyone, from donated projects for struggling families, to affluent clientele in elite neighborhoods. We love people, and more so we love making dreams come true. The family is mixed, black and white, Catholic and Jewish, young and seasoned- WE ARE EVERYONE SO WE LOVE TO WORK WITH EVERYONE

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we are really proud of is designing and constructing 2 ADU units for a family in Inglewood, having the extra income will allow the family Queen as we call her, grandma Linda, to stop working and stay at home with her grandkids. The whole process, from designing, permitting, and construction took about 9 months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We believe in listening to both your heart and your mind. Everything and everyone has pro's and con's; that's why it's important to take the time and interview 2-3-4 contractors and track the # while letting the personalities speak for themselves. ALWAYS REMEMBER, A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS LIKE A RELATIONSHIP. YOU ARE LETTING US INTO YOUR HOME AND YOU WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH US EVERY DAY, so when you're done interviewing and crunching numbers with your mind, let your heart speak as to who it feels comfortable with. That's why we believe in communication and that YOU ARE THE BOSS
