What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers we usually come over introduce ourselves and start discussing your project, budget, ideas etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have had 25 years worth of experience in the landscaping industry. We have been specially trained to use many tools and to be as safe as possible.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. We are very flexible when it comes to how fast you want a job done. Or any other needs you may have.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say do your research before committing with someone. If you hire a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing it can be very costly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have a rough idea of what they want. We would gladly give you our suggestions but you should have a idea of what you need done.
