What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free consultation where we discuss your vision, budget, and goals for the project. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and project breakdown. Once approved, we handle design, materials, permits, and scheduling—keeping you informed every step of the way. Our team focuses on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering a finished product you’ll love for years to come.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has extensive hands-on experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction. We’ve completed specialized training in areas like concrete finishing, paver installations, grading and drainage, and outdoor kitchen builds. We also stay up to date with local building codes, HOA requirements, and the latest industry techniques to ensure every project is done right—from the ground up. Our work reflects a strong commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Andrew, the founders of Timeless Design and Build, began his journey with a strong work ethic and a drive to create something meaningful. From humble beginnings, he worked his way up in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship. His story was even featured in Morningstar for his dedication to building a business rooted in integrity, creativity, and service. What started as a passion for home improvement turned into a trusted family-run company that now helps homeowners across San Diego bring their outdoor spaces to life—one project at a time.

We’ve worked with a wide range of homeowners—from families looking to create safe, functional outdoor spaces for their kids, to couples designing dream backyards for entertaining. We also regularly assist clients with HOA requirements, first-time homeowners upgrading their yards, and clients who want low-maintenance, drought-friendly designs. No matter the size or style of the project, we tailor our approach to fit each customer’s needs, budget, and vision.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent project we’re especially proud of was a full backyard transformation in Escondido. We installed a custom pergola, outdoor kitchen, kid-friendly play area, and a paved lounge space with steppingstones throughout. The design blended functionality with a clean, modern look and was tailored to the family's lifestyle. The project took about three weeks from start to finish, including design, permitting, and construction. Seeing the family enjoy their new space and knowing we helped create a place for lasting memories is what makes this work so rewarding.
