Brady Landscaping and Construction has been providing landscaping and construction services for over 30 years in several states in the Western United States. We have the experience and know-how to create a landscape design that makes your home feel like home. We specialize in turf installation, drainage, retaining walls, irrigation systems, plant & sod installation, concrete, pavers, custom patios/hardscapes, pergolas, water features, and deck installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 30 years of landscaping experience and have done both landscaping and outdoor construction work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in the 1980’s I opened my first landscaping business in Las Vegas. I had 200 employees, a mechanics shop, and an office location. I ran that business until I sold it in 2000 and moved to Colorado, where I opened up my second landscaping business. I also ran a large scale oil reclamation company doing dirt work/management.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers from every nationality and race all over the western United States. We have bilingual workers who can communicate with homeowners in Spanish.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently renovated a complete backyard. We poured concrete patios, installed flagstone patios, built retaining walls, installed turf, installed irrigation and planted plants. It took about 2-3 weeks to complete the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have an idea of what you would like to do before your first consultation. If it is a very large project ($100K+), I recommend hiring a landscape design company prior to our visit. We can then submit a bid off of the landscape design. We provide hand-drawn designs for smaller projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you need irrigation? Do you have easy access to water? Do you have demo work to do? Do you know what style of landscape you prefer? Do you have a design in mind? Do you have specific materials you desire? If so, do you have a list of the specifications? Do you know your measurements? We may be able to give you a sq ft price over the phone for certain things.
