What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very competitive, and furthermore, we put a lot of energy into our initial consultation to minimize changes down the line during your install process, thus saving you money in the long haul. Spend the time upfront and save time later, it's that simple.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The most important thing to do when meeting and getting to know a new client is understanding their wants and needs. This seems simple, but many contractors don't listen they just do things their own way. We want to know our customers wants and needs then explain the ways our team at Awaken Landscapes can achieve those wants and needs for them. Everyone should always be aware of what they are paying for in our honest opinion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 Years in the green space coupled with our International Society of Arboriculture certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started doing tree work decades ago and that transformed into also providing landscape installations for our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial clients are in our book.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project was a pruning project, it was funny the client thought all the plant material was a waste and was hinting at tearing it all out and doing a complete replant, instead after discussion we pruned and renovated existing landscape along with re purposing plant material to new areas and created a bran new look at a lower ending cost. Win and win!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you spend the time to do an in person initial consultation, this kind of thing done in virtual is absolutely possible but it's easier for us and there are less question marks for the client if done in person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does the person heading up the job understand the vision? Understanding the overall vision of the project helps to ensure the proper outcome at completion.
