What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rate is a minimum charge for landscape maintenance services and includes two hours of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with the customer, learn their preferences and explain how I will get the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 10 years of experience in Landscape Management and spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. I'm now earning my Masters in Business Administration.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father has a small landscaping business and operates out of Malibu. It's been a lifetime job, aside from my time in the military.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers as long as respect and professionalism are prioritized.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of my projects have been restoring landscapes to the original design.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would leave that up to the customer to figure out.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a list of what exactly you want to be done and how. If you need help with how to ask for recommendations. For example Hedge trimming. Do you want a natural look? That will require some hand pruning and minimal machinery. Do you want a manicured look (shaped). That will require only a hedge trimmer/clippers
