What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We know the market is full with contractors and there is a lot of competitors therefore we offer a free consultation and estimates to all customers. Our goal is to be straight forward with our customers and explain as much as possible about their future projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always liked working with all type of people and found the construction business as the right place to help homeowners get their necessary upgrades especially landscape and hardscape services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Artificial turf installation can take 1-5 days depends on the scope of work.. Same as pavers and hardscape other outdoor living projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most important is to make sure the contractor you hire is Licensed, bonded and insured. If you receive a quote that looks too low than others that is usually a red flag. Some contractor cut corners and increase the project price after they start the job. Most important is to compare apples to apples.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Get the job done with someone that you rely on. Remember that the project price shouldn't be the key factor. At the end of the day every homeowner want quality and piece of mind and the lower end contractors will not always stay in business to take care of the promised warranties.
