Pricing is very important to me I keep my overhead very low, so I could protect my prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st off... I am a designer and I LOVE what I do. A typical process is for me to discuss your project so I am able to design around you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Prior to 2008 I had my own construction company for 8 years. For the last 8 years I was a senior designer for system pavers. I have over 300 jobs in the ground.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am second generation destruction guy. I been doing hardscape and custom design since 2000.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers My job is to get you to refer me to another customer. For example in 2019 I completed 63 jobs and 23 of them were referrals from previous customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have several projects that I'm fond of. I love my job and I love to design. Jobs could vary from 1 to 3 days two 1 to 3 weeks, plus..!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

This is supposed to be fun and exciting. Make sure you write down and/or ask as many questions as you need. Communication is very important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have all decision makers for this project meet the designer or construction company. Discuss your budgets and do your best to keep with in it.
