What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Assist new customers with design, shopping for finished materials, and helping with all HOA, permitting, and engineering plans if needed. 2. Schedule a day and a time to start the job. 3. Project managers visit the site daily to ensure proper installation of materials, communicate project progress with customers, and ensure deliverables are met on time. 3. Complete the job and make sure my customers are 100% satisfied with the final results.

I worked with my father in our family business for over 10+ years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We signed the contract to complete approximately 1,100 sqft of Turf on 6/10/2020 and the completion of work was signed on 6/19/2020. Our customer was so excited about his project, he wanted to talk about additional projects. We signed 2 additional contracts with this customer as he is very pleased with the scope of work, the professionalism, and prompt response time and overall communication. Our customer was so satisfied that he completed a 5 star review.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before you sign any agreement or contract, always ask to see the License, Bond and Insurance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would recommend to my customers to close their eyes for a few minutes and imagine how they would like to see the final results, then describe it to the contractor/designer. Ask your contractor about a 3D Design, to ensure that you and your contractor share the same expectations.
