We provide high quality landscape construction services including Pavers, Concrete, Design, Xeriscaping, Lighting, Retaining Walls, Fencing, Planting Trees, & Irrigation to create your OUTDOOR Living Dream. We believe in building relationships with our clients, using their ideas and making them part of the process of creating a Landscape Design that they will be happy to share with family and friends for years to come. We take the dreams of our clients and install them into reality. Its a magical process that we love! We offer 3D Landscape Design services to Golden, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Northglenn, Broomfield, Erie, Denver and the surrounding areas. Providing dependable landscape installation services and Designs, to help our clients achieve their desired outside space to complete their home. We have our own in house crews along with required insurances. We do not do hydroseeding, or regular maintenance such as mowing or aerations and we have a $5000.00 minimum.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a $5,000 minimum and stand by the quality of our work. We believe in doing things the right way and building lasting relationships with our clients. Landscaping work is not easy and our experienced and dedicated crews are paid well for their time. We do offer discounts at various times throughout the season. We also warranty our work, Trees, shrubs, perennials and hardscape using materials we provide are under warranty for 1 year after install if installed with drip irrigation, and we warranty the install of sod if it dies during the 30 day establishment period.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will call you to set up an initial walkthrough with one of our designer/estimators who will meet you onsite to talk through the details of your project. Once that walk is completed we will either begin the design process with you, or if the work is straightforward we will provide you with a proposal for the job within a few business days. Once the proposal is approved then we secure a place on our schedule for you. Half of the project total is collected at the pre-walk with our designer and project manager, and the remainder is collected at the final walkthrough with the designer and project manager.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, HOA's, business owners, and property managers to beautify their properties and build lasting relationships and spaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

You will see two of our recent projects in the gallery, one for a back patio and one for a front and back re-design. The front and back re-design was an especially exciting project for us because they were looking for creativity, were open to suggestions, and were flexible when unforeseen complications arose. For example, part of the original plan was to replace the concrete driveway and, in the process, install a sleeve underneath to run irrigation lines through to get water to the front yard. They decided to wait on the driveway and so we had to find a different way to get water to the front yard. This project took around 3 weeks to complete and everyone is very happy with the way it turned out.

A few things to think about are: - what is your timeline for starting the project? - what is your budget for the project? - what styles inspire you?
