Introduction

I've been installing artificial grass throughout the Colorado Front Range since 2013. My mission has always been to provide the most bang for your buck, maximizing return on investment with science based innovations such as footprint optimization, irrigation integration & Colorado specific increases to manufacturer minimums of drainage rock and infill. These improvements over the standard landscaper installation have been proven by the test of time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$9-$14 per square foot, includes all taxes & delivery as well as disposal of all waste, no hidden fees or extra costs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once quotes are approved, we typically get you on the schedule within 3 weeks. Electronic payments are preferred but paper checks still accepted. 50% deposit, balance upon completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My degree in Geophysics allows me to understand not just the basics of erosion & drainage but the petrochemical properties of synthetic grass to know how the different materials interact.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was an early adapter, getting artificial grass for my house 13 years ago. I found landscapers did not understand the science nor appreciate the craftmanship required for artificial grass compared to traditional landscaping.

What types of customers have you worked with?

While I specialize in luxury backyards for dog owners, I've done it all. As the Denver area's most experienced installer, I enjoy tackling unique applications and custom designs while leaving the cookie cutter stuff to others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently was contacted by someone who just purchased a house with a putting green I installed in 2014. He requested that I slow down the speed of the green. It only took about half a day to power-broom out enough sand to return the green to a playable speed. So while I was there, I also power-broomed the 255 additional square feet of turf the original owner had me install for their dog. When I completed, the new owner was shocked to learn it was installed with the green in 2014, he thought it was only a few years old!

Hiring any contractor is already difficult. Add a specialized product

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will you be at this property? What are your priorities? Usable Space, Quality, Odor Free Pet Use, Budget? Anything is possible but everything has trade-offs.
