We provide transparent estimates based on the homeowner needs. We expect transparency from potential customers so we can also provide the options that makes sense to your problems. We are a very competitive company that focus on customer service and top notch work, that does not go along with being the less expensive. We have very competitive prices and different options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

-A brief questionary to determine if we can help them and if we are their best fit -schedule an online or an on-site appointment - provide an estimate proposal -schedule the work -invoice and collect payment

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad and I were raised in a farm doing different type of landscaping jobs. When we came to America, my dad worked for many landscaping industry leaders and I used to go with him on Saturday or when I did not have school. I was influenced by my dad and our family is passionate about outdoor in general.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a customer myself, when I look for a service I ask myself all the necessary questions as what type of consumer I am. Question such as: Do I want quality? Can I afford this service or not? Do I want a small or big company? Know the cons and pros or hiring small company vs big company. Am I willing to pay more to have less headaches, solve my problems or have a better service? Asking ourselves first would lead you to the right providers. Be fair with the service provider by not getting so much estimates. Not because of price issues but the time of all the individuals involve, respect their costs, respect their hard work as you should like to be respected on your own job, sympathize with the providers, they also go through difficult times.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I ready to complete this project so I can have contractors to come over to provide the estimates? Do I have the money to complete this task? What criteria am I looking for on a service provider? Do I have the time to meet the contractors to properly provide the information they need for an accurate estimate? Do I have a clear idea of what I want? If not, am I willing to pay the service provider for a design? Is the price a concern for me or I care more about the quality and best experience?
