What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I set an appointment, I will bring samples. I will get a clear picture of what you want, answer your questions, explain turf installation .. how we do it and why. Afterwards, I will take photo’s and measurements. I will email an estimate to you a few days later.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a reseller and had an opportunity to wholesale turf. Once I began advertising I quickly realized almost all of my calls were homeowners or businesses that wanted turf installed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, business owners, HOA’s , landlords, and city .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed a 50’ long putting green. On one end we had a kidney shaped putting green, on the other was a VR putting shed ..

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research! Installing turf in Florida is done very different from how it is done in other places. We educate our clients ( or potential clients) about the proper way to install for our Sandy soil and torrential downpours. We tell you how we install and why we do it that way. It is sad to go to a home where they spent a lot of money 6 months earlier to get turf installed by another company,only to end up having to call us, we have to rip up all the turf and start over.
