What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We may not have the lowest price on the market, but we definitely have one of the best services and products. For big orders we are offering discounts or additional services at no cost ( one free maintenance, free weed barrier).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step would be setting up an appointment that helps the client to get a better idea about the products and we can discuss prices and design details.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am doing synthetic turf for landscaping and sports since 2006. I started with my own company in Europe and, after moving to South Florida, I tried and succeeded to do what I liked.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with private customers and also as a subcontractor for other businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The las nice project completed was in North Miami where we installed a five a side soccer field on a rooftop garage and about 6000 sq ft of landscaping turf around a running track.
