What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's all about the relationship and communication. We want you to know us and feel comfortable with us before working with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of it. It is our belief that you knowing and understanding why and how we do the work we do is imperative because an educated buyer is a happy buyer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Truth be told, we wanted the freedom to do things the right way. Not every employer sees the value in that because profits rule the day. Grassmasters was born out of the idea that you can have quality work done at a price that makes sense.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types to be honest. We are minority-owned and American-educated and our unique upbringings make us feel at home with just about anyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a 5-day custom putting green with 4 holes and over 30 different putts for a 20-year golfer. It was one of the most unique and challenging putting greens we have done to date.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. In this industry, if a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are a lot of turf installers who use subpar materials, underpay their team, or flat-out have no idea how to properly install artificial landscaping products.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about your budget and any underlying issues you have on or underneath the area to be worked on. Turf is still a want--not a need. We are among the most competitively priced installers in South Florida.
