Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We make estimates at the best possible price but factors such as grass type, species and plant size or difficulties in preparing the area can greatly interfere with the final value. Talk to us because we can make changes and lower prices and give discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My new client needs to believe and trust me in order to hire me, so I provide as much information as possible about my previous work, details, options and best prices for their project. After the projects carried out, my clients become my friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have an educational background in art and agricultural technician. My projects are based on technical knowledge and creativity.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started gardening around my house when I was 10 years old and never stopped. I love my work. I love to transform.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Americans and immigrants from many different countries and cultures. Small, medium and large projects. Different garden, lawn, water fountain and pressure wash projects with different budgets.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My client has an elderly mother and was looking out the window at the backyard. He wanted a new look, brought to life with a beautiful green lawn and a small flower garden. In the first stage we removed all the garbage, weeds, prepared the area with a lynx and planted a beautiful grass. In the other stage, we washed the walls of the beds with pressure washing, taking advantage of the plants and stones that were in the backyard. We add new plants, flowers, stones and make your dream come true. We did it all in a week with 3 days of work. He and his mother were happy with the result and so were we.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look at the previous work of the company to be hired. Talk and be very clear about your expectations such as the type of sod, plants, soil quality and what you hope to achieve with your project. Also talk about your budget. Aim for the best work and most of the time the best work is not the best price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What plants and what size would I like to have in my garden? Do I want a sturdy and easy maintain garden? Do I like a greener and more traditional American garden or a more colorful and natural garden? What grass do I like? Do I have an irrigation system? How big will my project be? How much will my minimum and maximum budget be? Do I want to do everything in one step or can I do it in parts? Who should I hire?
