What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am fair with prices and total pricing has taxes included. Military has 10% discount depending on which scope of work is being acquired for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First and foremost introduction and a explanation on what we do/can do and see what they want and I’ll draw up a plan to their expectations and once we come to a agreement we’ll start and finish the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am more on the field experience and currently working on my certifications but my team and I have work that speaks for itself.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up on the farm and learned everything from experience and honing skills with learning from other professionals and creating something to be proud of and for the customer to be satisfied with.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types, from the hot headed to the too nice of customers. I keep everything professional from the beginning to the end.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer was disappointed from previous contractor on how job was completed on face lift of a 1500 sq ft backyard and contacted us. We re-installed rock beds and tilled yard and leveled out for sod and planted a different variety of plants with of course the choice selection from the customer with our expertise. This job was completed within 3 days due to weather constraints and came out beautiful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Personally I would say to look for Professionalism, Great work ethics, Trust and above all Safety because everyone is trying to make a living and doing it as safe as possible to end a work day going back to there loved ones.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Above all cost and seeing if the project wanted meets “Reality” overall. There must be understandings all around and from both ends of the customer to the employer.
