What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get as much info of what there needs are, once we've established what they're looking for we schedule a site visit and take pictures, drawings and come up with a proposal within 48hrs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Have been environmentally conscious for a long time and wanted to work in a green eco friendly industry.
