Phone contact to discuss maybe pictures to help with direction of project. If it a project that fits both us and client then a site meeting and estimate to follow.

Formally trained in trade, with a lifetime of on the job experience in residential and commercial building applications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Trade school, 1980 graduate of Cape Cod Tech. Have 10 years experience doing commercial work. The remainder of my career is versed in residential.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Work with several Cape Cod General Contractors. The remainder of our business is Homeowner referrals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

An upscale stone veneer and retaining walls. 7 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get references, give plenty of lead time to get on schedule. Spring time projects should be agreed to no later than January 15 th. make sure any contractor is fully insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To plan a few Months ahead so as to allow for proper preparation of project. Some projects a small enough to do more quickly.
