What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The projects at Rock n Block Landscape are completed in 3 easy steps to ensure the most practical and efficient experience. First, our client will call in a request to schedule the best time to meet. The project manager will then inspect the property and offer the most cost effective estimate for our client. Lastly, the most experienced and professional crew will be ready to go with all the materials and get the job done providing the best service in the area.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been installing turf for more than 5 years and have completed with satisfaction more than 1,000,000 sq ft of turf.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are an experienced landscape contractor, with over 20 years in the industry. Given the need for a more efficient use of water system, we incurred in the artificial turf installations, so we can take better care of our environment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our company has worked with a variety of projects ranging from small residential properties to large commercial applications. Churches, schools, playgrounds, rooftops, office buildings, and pet hospitals are just some of the commercial properties that we have done. Our team works hard to attend our diverse clientele, and can serve our clients in both English and Spanish.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects was a 1500 sq ft residential home. The backyard was completely transformed in 1 day. It only took 8 hours for the family to enjoy their new backyard. What better option than a quality job done before the expected completion date?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience. Anybody can install turf, but to install quality turf, with a real grass look, with the correct drainage, and all the warranties, it is not for any installer. Rock n Block has what it takes for you to be happy with your investment.
